1 General Terms and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk bate platform and all related services. By visiting the tk bate website, opening an account, or using any service, the user is automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Identity Verification
To open an account on tk bate, the applicant must be 21 years of age or older. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. An account opened with incorrect or false information may be cancelled at any time.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, all related accounts may be cancelled and any remaining balance forfeited.
2.3 Registration Requirements
- A valid and active mobile number must be provided.
- An active email address must be used.
- Where applicable, documents required for identity verification must be supplied.
- tk bate must be notified immediately if any account details change.
3 Account Security and Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Login details, passwords, and OTPs must not be shared with anyone. If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed, tk bate's support team must be informed immediately.
If the account falls into the hands of a third party or unauthorised transactions occur, the user will bear responsibility for any resulting loss if tk bate is not promptly notified.
Allowing someone else to use the account, selling it, or transferring it is prohibited. The user is responsible for all activities carried out on their account.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on tk bate is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the user's name.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The same payment method used for the deposit is used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
4.3 Verification and Approval
For security and fraud prevention purposes, tk bate reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held if proper verification has not been completed. If money laundering or unauthorised activity is suspected, the relevant transaction will be investigated.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000. For a deposit of ৳40,200, the bonus is ৳20,000, the total balance is ৳60,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 25 = ৳5,00,000.
5.2 Other Promotions
tk bate regularly provides various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions which must be read before claiming the offer. Notable promotions include:
- Weekly tk bate Deposit Reward — 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20×
- tk bate Slot Festival — 75% bonus, up to ৳15,000, wagering 25×
- Friday Special — 30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 15×
- Birthday tk bate Gift — up to ৳2,000, wagering 10×
- Refer a Friend, Get tk bate — up to ৳1,500, wagering 12×
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may not be claimed more than once unless the specific terms of the promotion state otherwise.
- Winnings earned through bonus bets cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- If an attempt is made to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, all related accounts will be closed.
- A bonus is not capital — the user cannot withdraw the bonus amount directly.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on tk bate are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. If any user attempts to gain an advantage through technical errors, software manipulation, or any form of dishonest means, it will be treated as a serious violation.
6.2 Technical Errors
If game results are affected by server outages, network problems, or software errors, tk bate reserves the right to void the relevant round or reassess the outcome. Abnormal winnings or odds displayed due to an obvious technical error may be cancelled.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game and market has set minimum and maximum betting limits. Users must place bets within those limits. tk bate reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.4 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and other sports, results will be determined according to the applicable season and match rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, tk bate's separate rules will apply.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk bate platform:
- Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
- Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other users.
- Registering or conducting transactions using a false identity.
If evidence of involvement in any of these prohibited activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure at User's Request
Any user may request to close their own account. This can be done by contacting tk bate's support team. In line with the Responsible Gaming Policy, users may also opt for a voluntary self-exclusion for a set period of time.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform
tk bate may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If a violation of these Terms is established.
- If fraud or dishonest activity is suspected.
- When required for a security investigation.
- To remain in compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
9 Limitation of Liability
tk bate is not liable for any loss caused directly by the user's own actions, by third-party activities, or by circumstances outside the platform. tk bate's liability is limited in cases of loss resulting from server downtime, internet disconnection, or unforeseen technical problems.
Participation in gambling is entirely voluntary and the user participates at their own decision. The user bears full responsibility for any potential financial loss. You are strongly advised to read our Responsible Gaming Guide and set your own limits.
10 Privacy and Data Protection
Detailed policies on the collection, storage, and processing of users' personal information are described in our separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the tk bate service alongside these Terms, and both documents apply together.

11 Dispute Resolution

tk bate's decision in resolving a dispute will be considered final; however, the user may submit a request for reconsideration by providing reasonable grounds.
12 Changes to Terms
tk bate reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect once published on the platform. For significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users at their registered mobile number or email address.
